We have a 2 year warranty to repair or replace your light. You may ship them back to our warehouse at buyers cost. Please to do not open the light, this will void the warranty.

You can cancel orders within 48 hours of placing the order. You cannot cancel once the tracking is sent.

Standard shipping across Canada is within 10 business days. Shipping direct from the factory typically takes 10 to 14 business days. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our warehouse is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Unused product can be returned, buyer pays for shipping. Do not tamper with the light or try to open it, that will void your warranty and you cannot return it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
