Both Lights Canada has a warehouse located in Edmonton, AB. In-stock product can be picked up and shipped from the warehouse.

In the case something happens to your lights, we will Repair, Replace, or Refund your purchase. If we can’t repair it, we will replace it. If we can’t replace it, we will refund you for it - All under our 2-year warranty!

You can cancel orders within 48 hours of placing the order. You cannot cancel once the tracking is sent.

Standard shipping across Canada is 3 - 10 business days. Shipping direct from the factory typically takes 10 business days. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus a 10% restocking fee.
