Both Lights Canada has a warehouse located in Edmonton, AB. In-stock product can be picked up and shipped from the warehouse.

We have a 2 year warranty to repair or replace your light. You may ship them back to our warehouse at buyers cost. Please to do not open the light, this will void the warranty.

You can cancel orders within 48 hours of placing the order. You cannot cancel once the tracking is sent.

Standard shipping across Canada is 3 - 10 business days. Shipping direct from the factory typically takes 10 business days. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our warehouse is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
